I have always been into cooking since High School. But because of the high cost of enrolling in a culinary school and the equipment needed, I wasn’t able to study culinary arts and decided to take up Hotel and Restaurant Management instead.
After 3 years of working in a 5 star hotel, I found myself not satisfied with what I was doing and decided to take some action to fulfill my dream of studying culinary arts and eventually working as a chef or trying to open my own business.
